Slow Flow Yoga
Mondays 6 – 7pm, January 9 – March 6 (no class Feb 6)

Set the tone for your week with an all-levels flow practice. We will focus on connecting the breath with movement, inviting strength, balance, and mobility into the body. The practice is warming, dynamic, and fluid. Beginners welcome. Bring water, yoga mat, any yoga props and wear comfortable clothes.
Yin Restorative Yoga
Mondays 7:30-8:30pm, January 9 – March 6 (no class Feb 6)
Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm, January 11 – March 3

Slow down your day and land on your mat into a deeply restful practice. You will be guided through long-held passive poses to soften into connective tissues, creating space in the hips, spine, and pelvis. This practice is meditative, rejuvenating, and restorative. A great practice if you live with symptoms of arthritis or carry a lot of tension and stiffness in your body. Class is beginner and prenatal friendly.
